No nice exhaust for a Dyna in catalogs ?
Then you just make one.
Now that I
have a good welding machine, a hole new world has opened for me.
Mayne I'll become a real Kustom builder after
all.
As long as it's rideable, I'll build it
:-)
I'm welding a LED taillight in the rear fender from
Eddie Trotta.
Very expensive set-up eddie.
Next time I'll just make my own.
To put a 250 tyre on a dyna you have to instal an
offset mainshaft and main drive gear as offsetting your transmission housing
is
basically out of the question like on a Softail.
Offcourse a wider swingarm is also needed.
The wheel used for the 250 Avon is from Ultima.
Sealed bearings like a Twin Cam, 60 spokes and
it's made for
Tubeless use.
Voor het uitlijnen van de 250 Avon hebben we een
Twin Cam stijl offset kit gebruikt van 1 inch.
Dwz dat de bak op zijn plaats blijft en alleen de Primary naar
links opschuift.
Achterrem anker is
ook aangepast.
Wat je met een freesbank allemaal niet kan hé.
We zijn nog ver van het eindresultaat,
maar hij staat toch al op zijn wielen.
A monstrous Dyna will be terrorizing the neighbourhood
pretty soon !!
The rear fender is again a BK.
Off course with the necessary HBS mod's.
Nothing is Bolt-On except for OEM parts.
A stretch tank shows more of the upper part of
the engine.
Again, HBS mod's to be
done.
At the rear it doesn't fit to the frame and the
space between
seat and tank needs to be filled.
Oh well, it's only Metal.
